The white washed stucco of Al Shabah's houses gleam blindingly white in the hot Arridi sun as you make your way down to Al Shabah's renowned harbor. Watching the faces of those who pass, you observe a variety of characters, from loyal Arridi soldiers with traditional spiked helmets, to hardened seamen with sun-faded turbans and hard, callused hands. Through the skyline of houses you can make out the glistening blue Constant Sea, dotted with white masts swaying in the tide. Your head scarf is stiflingly hot, but you keep it on, not only to protect you from the scorching desert sun, but to conceal your identity.
